Research

My research interests include spatial analysis, urban planning evaluation, landscape ecology and land use and cover change, and how to accommodate research in the above fields by using geographical supporting systems and novel quantitative methods, such as GIS, RS, deep learning, Big data analysis. Moreover, I seek to understand the spatial dynamics of natural and human systems under multiple spatial and temporal scales and to predict their impacts on social and natural environment.
